  • Responsible for developing and marketing courses focused on individual transformation and couple and relationship strengthening; some courses have a specialty in Baha’i Faith content but are open to all.

  •  Created the majority of course content for an annual delivery of 4-8 online courses or combination of in-person and online courses
  • Marketed courses to increase participation
  • Assigned participants to faculty-mentors and mentors participants (emails, phone calls, and videoconferences)
  • Delivered course content and accompanied learners
  • Coordinated with co-faculty
